The Shops at the Denver Art Museum strive to ensure your satisfaction with every artistic purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our guest services team via email or visit the museum shop in person with your original order number and receipt to start the return process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items in their original protective wrap and shipping box to prevent damage to delicate art books, jewelry, or home decor during transit.

• 3.
  Submit for Inspection

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or present the items at our physical shop counter.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our curators verify the item's condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
